PHYSI MATUN in his direction is running, is directing Trojan Women for the University
Theatre.

Tal Itzhaki, while Terminal One,
Epikorus, and Bags in her design are still running
at the Bat Dor Dance Company, and The House of Bernarda Alba
runs at the Al-Midan Theatre, Extasy and Medea at The
Israeli Classical Ballet, and The Silver Tassie at Beit Zvi, is
designing Trojan Women for the University
Theatre.
Gila Lahat has designed the costumes, among other
shows, for Haifa Municipal Theatre productions of Othello, To Be
Or Not To Be, Ghetto, and Hamlet.
Eitan Levy, while Sheindele and
Yehiel Orgal has designed the lighting, among
other shows, for Haifa Municipal Theatre productions of A Hatful
of Rain, and A Flea in Her Ear and Fear and Hope of the
State at the University Theatre, where he is now designing the
lighting for Fen.
Martin Orkin has been appointed Head of the
Department of Theatre, University of Haifa.
Avraham Oz has his New Casebook on Marlowe
(London: Macmillan, 2001) forthcoming and his book on Political Theatre
(Tel Aviv: Zmora/Bitan and University of Haifa Press, 1999) published. His
translation of King Lear is forthcoming from Sifriat Poalim,
2001. He has been appointed Director of the Haifa University Theatre.
Sinai Peter has been appointed artistic director
of the Haifa Municipal Theatre.
Etti Resnik has recently directed, among other
shows, Bondagers and The Silver Tassie at Beit Zvi.
Ilan Toren has directed Fear
and Hope of the State at the University Theatre, and The Skin
of Our Teeth at the Nissan Nativ Studio.
Hanni Vardi has recently designed, among many
other shows, the lighting for the University Theatre's production
ofLAHATZ PHYSI MATUN.
